Handmade Crochet Infinity Scarves | Fashion

This post features some of the different styles of scarves that I have made. You can purchase any of these scarves in my shop 

The first image is called Edged Infinity Scarf and it is one of my favorites! I used Caron Simply Soft yarn but can’t remember the color name. I used a 5.5 mm crochet hook and what I did was work a foundation row of about 26 double crochet then keep working the rows until it is at your desired length. You would then attach the ends together by using a tapestry needle and sew the last row to the first row only going into the front loop of the side closest to you and the back loop of the other side.

I think it came out with a fancy look to it and I love how you can put it up as a hooded scarf. Most of the scarves I do can be worn this way.

As you can see with this next one called Ridged Infinity Scarf: I used a 6 mm crochet hook and the yarn is by Red Heart With Love Metallic in Red. It is done by starting with a double crochet foundation chain of 200 then connecting the chain with a slip stitch to the first double crochet then by working double crochet in every stitch around alternating one row in the back loop and one row in both loops for about 8 rows or to the desired width. 

This one is called Regular Infinity Scarf and was done using a 6 mm crochet hook and Red Heart With Love Metallic in Royal. I did the double crochet foundation chain of 200 then connected the chain with a slip stitch to the first double crochet then worked double crochet in each stitch around for 8 rows.

This one is called Mesh Infinity Scarf and was done with Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn in Chocolate. I used the 6 mm crochet hook with a shorter foundation chain of double crochet then attaching with a slip stitch then instead of working double crochet in each stitch, you would double crochet in the first stitch then chain one and skip a stitch then double crochet in the next stitch around. Then the next row you would work the double crochet in the chain one spaces with a chain one for each double crochet. I did 9 rows of this and worked double crochet in every stitch of the last row.
